A great smoothie shake that will provide you a filled lunchtime meal replacement option.
- 3 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon organic Flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon Chia seed
- 1 scoop of Garden of Life raw protein
- 1 scoop of Garden of Life super green formula
- 10 fluid ounces of organic soy milk
- Little Stevia to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
