Delightful Meal Replacement Fruit and Seeds Smoothie

A great smoothie shake that will provide you a filled lunchtime meal replacement option.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon organic Flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seed
  • 1 scoop of Garden of Life raw protein
  • 1 scoop of Garden of Life super green formula
  • 10 fluid ounces of organic soy milk
  • Little Stevia to taste

Recipe Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
