This green monster drink is delicious yet healthy as it also improves the absorption of antioxidants in the body.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 8 to 10 oz water
  • 2 stalks kale, stems optional
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 strip lemon rind
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Ice as needed

Recipe Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
