Recipe Ingredients:

  • Water as needed
  • 1 cup plain low-fat kefir
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
