Melissa Ambrosini is an entrepreneur, author, success speaker, self love teacher and inspires women all over the world. And now she is telling her secrets as how she planned her daily routine which provided great outcome instantly.

 Starting the Day

Starting the Day:

“Most days it’s with some yoga in my lounge room (usually around 15 minutes) then a 20 minute meditation. I love starting my day this way as I feel it sets me up to go out into the world with a sense of ease and grace.”

 Working Out

“In my late teens and early twenties I used to trash my body at the gym for hours, but not only was I getting nowhere, it was producing way too much cortisol in my body. Now I lovingly move my body with yoga, barre body, pilates or a walk in nature.”

 What do you like to Wear the Gym

What do you like to Wear the Gym:

“I love Lorna Jane, The Upside, Skins and Dharma Bums. I used to wear really old clothes to the gym, ones with holes and juice stains but every time I make that little bit more effort I feel so much better within myself.”

 Favourite Healthy Snack

Favourite Healthy Snack:

“I am not a big snacker. I eat 3 meals a day and because they’re high in protein (such as grass fed and grass finished lamb or beef) and saturated fats (such as coconut oil, ghee and olive oil) I never get hungry in-between meals. That being said, occasionally I will have things like a green apple, activated macadamia nuts, blueberries, a green veggie juice or some veggies sticks.”
