Orange mango recovery smoothie is high in protein that provides healthy fats and all the essential ingredients to help boost your energy level after a tough workout.
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder (I used Vega Performance Protein)
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 navel orange
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp tumeric
- 5 g fermented l-glutamine (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
