Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 4 – 6oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I used a 5.3oz container of Vanilla Oikos)

Delicious High-Protein Sunrise Smoothie

Recipe Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy.
