  1. The most unprofessional staff I have seen in my life. My hair cut and blow dry was done very rough and quick. Tables inside are dirty, combs are dirty as well with a lot of hair, staff was looking at me like they never saw foreigner before, I was feeling very uncomfortable. When I finished my hair cut I wanted to pay by credit card which was not possible as they accept only cash and I was advised by Receptionist Nadia that there is no ATM in the building. So I asked if I can call my husband or if I can use their WiFi to ask him to come and pay by cash. She took my phone, went somewhere and after 30 seconds came back saying that my phone cannot be connected to WiFi. All conversation was very rude from her side. Then she asked some gentlemen to escort me to ATM upstairs, which wasn’t even there according to her just few minutes ago. I was really upset and told this to my husband who was waiting upstairs. Nadia explained to him later that was only miscommunication because I cannot speak Urdu, which is absolutely not true, she spoke to me in English and there was no miscommunication. I have in many countries and visited different saloons, but this was worst experience. Please do not waste your money and nerves in this saloon, choose another one.

    • Well, i was just browsing and never been to this SALON. I dont think credit card issue is a huge issue. I have been living in USA for long time and there are many top rated places, only accept cash. Also, every country has its own norm and in pakistan people prefer cash and if you are a traveler, you should have been knowing more about cultural relativism. Miscommunication does not only depend on language but understanding. and it is not “SALOON” its “salon” try to learn culture and norms before you travel.
      Thanks
      A pakistani 🙂

    • Well, you need to educate yourself and understand the concept of cultural relativism and communication. Credit cards are not common in pakistan and even in the USA, there are many TOP rated salons and hotels, accept cash only. And, communication does not depend on language but understanding and showing empathy. I agree that they should have taken care of hygiene but your tone is more emphasized on other services such as Wifi or credit or how they were staring at you? May be they were staring at you because you were so annoyed or cant even speak good english.
      It is “Salon” not “Saloon”
      Thanks
